I am not sure how to answer that, I do not have much contact with robots to know whether I like them or not. I like the idea of some of them, but I cannot say I like all robots.

3.Will robots change our society significantly?

1. Are you interested in robots? Why?

其實我們說不上感不感興趣，只能說看到機器人工作或是看到相關(guān)的電視都會覺得他們怎么這么cool，怎么辦到的。

I cannot say that I am obsessed with robots, but every moment I see robots, I think they are so cool. Dont you think it is a magic that they can fully understand the instructions we give to them?

2. Do you like robots to work at your home?

I am pretty content with robots working at my home doing things that I really don’t like. So, for example, things like cleaning the room or the car, well if the robot does it I am good with it. Or, for sometimes make food for me. But, then depending entirely on them, does not suits me well. Allowing the robot to cook food for me or drive car for me, is not something I will go for. Sometimes it is good, but there are times you wish to do things on your own, spend time with people you love. I think balancing between both is where the things will go.

3. What do you think robots might be able to do in peoples homes in the future?

Well, you know, how awesome the artificial intelligence is! Robots are widely regarded as super helpers of human beings, doing the chores like a housewife, fixing the household appliances and doing the manual labor. In my mind, they can do anything except giving a birth to a baby.

我承認(rèn)機器人的準(zhǔn)確性有時候要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)要高于人類, 尤其是技術(shù)性比較強的工作，但是呢做決策，或是設(shè)計的工作依舊不能被取代，因為他們沒有感覺也沒有情緒。

I have to acknowledge that the accuracy of robots in the certain field is far better than mankind, especially those jobs that emphasize more on the technology and operation. But I dont think they can totally replace men, I mean, many jobs are still not suited to robots. They have no feelings or emotions, so making decisions and designing things are not their strong suit.

6. Do you think robots might be dangerous in the future?

有些人覺得很難說，因為人工智能一天一天在發(fā)展，當(dāng)有一天機器人有了思想，有了自己的意識跟社會融入的時間長多少都會影響他.

Yes, i have to say that i am fanatical about robots. I uesed to watch a very touching movie named Cyborg girl, which tells about the love story of a robot and her owner. we often think that robots can not think and love, but the movie has shown the opposite, by which i was deeply impressed.

2.Why are robots part of many TV shows and movies?

Thats a very interesting question ! Scientists and science researchers improve techniques by testing advanced technologies with robots to better understand our world as well as the universe in the film-making field. 3. Would you like a robot to help out around the home?

I hope so ! Im in charge of making sure that everyone and everything is in the right place at home . Almost every day I am in need of urgent help . A robot , my most anticipated assistance , may reduce the frequency of my daily stress . It can become a part of my family .

I would love to have a car with a robot in it, but only if there is an option of manually driving the car as well. Having a robot every time in the car, will just take away the fun of driving the car. The fun that you get, the rush of reaching to a place, the fact that you can control something is amazing. Although, having a robot will help in having those long trips but a permanent driver is something I’ll avoid.

For centuries, people have fantasized that someday machines could have intelligence like mankind and work as faithful servants. Today this dream has come true in many fields thanks to rapid development in artificial intelligence research. Wonderful as this seems, machines have problems.

To begin with, people lose jobs when machines take their places, especially in the mass production industry such as automobile business. In factories of the famous car company Ford, almost every step of car making is done by giant robots that work faster with higher reliability and precision than human labor. Because of the adoption of robots, thousands of workers are put out of their old jobs and forced to make changes in their work. Even such changes create job opportunities because robots need people to take care of and operate, the number of new jobs is much smaller than that of lost, thus causing huge pressure on the labor market and government.

People become less smart because of the wide use of machines in their life. Nowadays people need to use their brain less than they did in the past. Everything is programmed and the only thing we need to do is to push a button or throw on a switch. This has given us great convenience but made us lazier and less smart. Everyone has the awkward moment troubling with the spelling of a simple word when writing with a pen. But with a computer, it will automatically proofread the spelling and grammar of your writing. So people become less concerned with learning things right. This is not a progress but a regress of our intelligence and culture.

But machines have many benefits that nobody can deny such as great work efficiency and low cost of mass production. The workload that could take months to finish by manual labor could be done flawlessly by robots in minutes. We have more purchasing power to enjoy a wider variety of goods and services because of the reduction of production costs with factories using machines. Other benefits include that machines could do dangerous jobs for people in high risk businesses like mining and construction.

To conclude, machines have many merits that make our life easier and more convenient, but they have caused many problems such as undercutting our job opportunities and overdependence on machines.
